Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or the Community Manager. The incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will perform various tasks such as OSHA standards and company safety policy, continuing education of safety training, completing hazard assessments, utilizing proper safety equipment, and keeping accurate records. The incumbent will also perform scheduled maintenance on equipment, inspect apartment units and buildings, and maintain the grounds.
