Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, performing repairs, and providing efficient building heat and air-conditioning functions. The role involves working with the Site Manager to coordinate daily activities and ensure the provision of services.
What You Will Do
Performing daily tasks such as inspecting buildings, grounds, and public areas, reporting health or safety issues, and performing maintenance and repairs on apartments. Additionally, the role involves providing adequate housekeeping functions, cleaning light fixtures and mailbox fronts, and picking up trash.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, a driving record acceptable to TMAM, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. The role requires strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
