Role OverviewNorthland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders, including HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. This role will also complete apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.

Must be able to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors, and handle after-hours emergency calls, and be on-call, as needed, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
- Must be able to work nights, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of the on-call responsibility.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and climb, bend, and squat.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
