Role OverviewPerform maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and orderly appearance for all Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel properties. This includes maintaining and inspecting interior and exterior of all buildings, completing work orders in a timely manner, and performing light carpentry, painting, and plumbing repairs.
What You Will Do
Maintain and inspect interior and exterior of all buildings, complete work orders, perform light carpentry, painting, and plumbing repairs, change light bulbs, troubleshoot and repair tools and equipment, maintain a neat and clean appearance for the entire property, empty outdoor garbage cans and ashtrays, remove garbage from parking lots and sidewalks, and perform de-icing, snow shoveling, plowing, and removal.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the safe use and operation of power and hand tools, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment, and grounds maintenance, snow removal. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC is preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- Previous experience in the safe use and operation of power and hand tools
- Previous experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, snow removal
