Role OverviewWe're looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in owning repairs from diagnosis to resolution and keeping systems running efficiently to support a well-maintenance, reliable community. In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.
What You Will Do
Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction, performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life, and supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready.
