Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders, and transport residents on regularly scheduled trips and special events.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to and completing resident work orders, performing general maintenance projects, and assisting with resident daily activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, be able to install appliances and minor electrical repairs, and have good organizational skills and time management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance
- Ability to install appliances, minor electrical to include garbage disposal installation, ceiling fans, minor HVAC repairs, plumbing, make ready
- HVAC / EPA certification preferred
- Must have own tools and be willing to work overtime/on call as needed
- Good organizational skills and time management a must
