Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for living environment for residents at The Meadows. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related fields.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include completing service requests, diagnosing and repairing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of completed work.

Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance practices
- HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills for work order management systems and communication platforms
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or other property management software preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as required by the position
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
