Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our properties within a designated service area. This role is crucial in ensuring our properties are extremely well-maintained and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

What You Will Do

Perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to maintenance requests, conduct regular inspections, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies, and communicate effectively with property managers and residents.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
  • Willingness to use personal vehicles for work-related travel within the designated service area
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to pass background checks, including a driving record check
