Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our properties within a designated service area. This role is crucial in ensuring our properties are extremely well-maintained and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to maintenance requests, conduct regular inspections, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies, and communicate effectively with property managers and residents.
