Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the effective operation, repair, and changeovers of production equipment. The role works with others to achieve factory business objectives of safety, equipment reliability, productivity, customer service, quality, cost, and environmental protection.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and preventative maintenance as required to ensure equipment reliability; assist with root cause analysis to identify reasons for failures and breakdowns; review electrical and pneumatic schematics during troubleshooting, repair, or project work.

Requirements
- 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant or an Associate’s Degree in a related field
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment
- Problem assessment, problem solving, and basic math skills
- Intermediate computer skills in Google suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
