Role OverviewWe are seeking a maintenance technician to work at our apartment communities in the Horizon City/El Paso, TX area. The successful candidate will possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, and perform preventive maintenance duties.
What You Will Do
The candidate will be responsible for completing work orders, forms, and documentation regarding maintenance equipment. They will also assist the maintenance supervisor and community manager as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of maintenance technician experience, be HVAC certified, and have REAC inspection experience. They must also be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and have reliable transportation.
Requirements
- HVAC certified preferred
- 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
- REAC inspection experience is preferred
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely
- Reliable transportation
