Role OverviewDelmar Gardens on the Green is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. The successful candidate will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties.
What You Will Do
Assist with fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties, including painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
