Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is operating efficiently and all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. This position also necessitates being on-call for after hours and weekend emergency needs.
What You Will Do
Respond to service requests, prepare vacant units for occupancy, and perform a range of tasks such as painting, carpentry, general repairs, and other activities as needed.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mechanical maintenance
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
