What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic HVAC issues. Maintain maintenance logs and work orders accurately.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a manufacturing environment
