Role OverviewThe Ticket Runner ensures overall maintenance of the property by troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of the apartments, leasing office, and property areas.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall. Maintain property by reporting issues and assisting with cleanup, landscaping, etc.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be willing to work on call as needed, have a professional, neat, and clean appearance daily, and be proficient in the use of general maintenance equipment.
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- English/Spanish fluency
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical labor and to lift heavy objects
- Ability to understand and execute basic instructions
- Ability to multi-task, use good judgment, and contribute to a team approach to work
- Must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry at least 50 pounds
- Ability to travel locally to onsite communities, the corporate office, affiliated organizations, and local municipalities
