Role OverviewThe primary responsibilities of a maintainer include performing routine maintenance and repair of buildings and related work across all Garden properties, including the perimeter fence. The role involves working on various tasks such as painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, shop work, and automotive repairs.
What You Will Do
Fulfill assigned work orders, execute new projects from inception to completion, maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms, monitor the work of Assistant Maintainers, maintain records, inspect tools and equipment, and perform other job-related duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in general maintenance work, preferably in plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical, and be able to work weekends. The role requires OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire date.
