Role OverviewPerform moderate to complex repairs and preventative maintenance to maintain the condition and appearance of the property. Work under the supervision of the Property Manager, with possible on-site living required. Participate in after-hours on-call service and company-sponsored training seminars.
What You Will Do
Complete maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, and interior and exterior common area upkeep. Participate in on-call service, complete reports, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 3+ years of maintenance experience, and property management maintenance experience. Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions, complete reports, and lift up to 75 pounds.
