Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at Open Management, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, including unit turns to maintain the physical integrity of the mobile home park. You will conduct home/building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. You will also provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents at all times.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to tenants' maintenance requests, completing property maintenance requirements, and performing various tasks such as cleaning, painting, and basic repairs. You will also be responsible for completing unit turns, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance preferred
- Construction experience desired
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
