Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and overall physical care of apartment buildings/complexes. This hands-on role supports the Building Superintendent and property management team to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and high-quality living environment for all residents.
What You Will Do
Complete daily service work orders, prepare market-ready apartments, perform electrical and plumbing repairs, and conduct carpentry tasks.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
