Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on problem solver to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures. The role requires a proactive, team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot and respond to service requests, inspect equipment and facilities, maintain tools and equipment, and prepare reports and documentation.

Requirements
- HVAC certification (Type 2 or EPA Universal)
- 4+ years of maintenance experience

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
