Role OverviewJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues. You will receive requests for service maintenance, prioritize work orders, and handle each in the most efficient manner. May perform painting projects, swimming pool maintenance, and other facility and/or landscape projects.

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues. Perform painting projects, swimming pool maintenance, and other facility and/or landscape projects. Receive and prioritize work orders, and handle each in the most efficient manner.

Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call weekends and evenings
- HVAC Certified
- 1-3 years' experience in facility maintenance, and mechanical repair
- Able to operate his/her own vehicle for community needs, must have unexpired driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Successfully pass a drug and criminal background test
