Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and ongoing maintenance, including custodial care, to ensure properties and buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is passionate for serving individuals in a mission-driven senior services environment.
What You Will Do
Daily inspect building(s) and grounds, perform a wide variety of building and equipment repair, maintenance work, and apartment turnovers, and keep time and material records of all Work Orders.

- Experienced in custodial and service fields
- Knowledge of acceptable trade practices and building standards

- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work area free of spills, debris, and hazards
- Ability to safely operate ladders, lifts, and tools
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to meet and exceed work order deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of heating systems (HVAC)
- Ability to perform building inspections and report issues, timely
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Ability to take direction from supervisors
