Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will execute the Planned and Preventative Maintenance schedule, troubleshoot equipment problems, and maintain equipment, tools, and workstations. The role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication. The technician will work independently and utilize critical problem-solving skills to generate and implement solutions.
What You Will Do
Troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, log-keeping, and communication with team members and management. The technician will also participate in breakdown analysis, root cause analysis, focused improvement, and 5S projects.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of relevant work experience, and OSHA 10 training. The candidate should also have mechanical aptitude, willingness to assist in all tasks, and ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic
- One year of In Plant Manufacturing Experience
- OSHA 10 Training and Experience
- Experience of MiG and stick welding
- Ability to work Independently and Utilize Critical Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills
