The overall objectives for this role will be to ensure all assigned maintenance and service activities are addressed in an organized, high-quality, and timely manner while providing top-notch customer service.
What You Will Do
Directly handle a wide range of maintenance repairs, perform skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures, handle residence turnover, and maintain good rapport with current and prospective residents.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving history and the ability to successfully pass MVR background requirements according to company insurance driving policy
- Proficiency with relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft Office, AppFolio, Outlook)
- Superior attention to detail, high energy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to work closely with other team members
