Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is operating efficiently and all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. This position also necessitates being on-call for after hours and weekend emergency needs.
What You Will Do
Respond to service requests, prepare vacant units for occupancy, maintain the accuracy of the work order system, and develop a rapport with residents by providing superior customer service.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mechanical maintenance
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills, can easily conform to shifting priorities and timelines
- Valid U.S. driver's license
