Role OverviewUnder the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. The Maintenance Technician is on-call for maintenance emergencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
What You Will Do
Respond to all resident maintenance requests within 24 hours, maintain the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, and perform general furniture repair, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, and minor electrical repairs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or GED certificate and experience in apartment maintenance, with HV/AC certification preferred.
