Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, safety, and historic character of Hotel Savoy. This position performs preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, restaurant and banquet spaces, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.
What You Will Do
Complete preventative maintenance and routine repairs throughout the hotel, respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests, troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical issues, and maintain public areas, meeting spaces, offices, and associate areas to hotel standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel, apartment, commercial building, or facilities maintenance experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and basic equipment repair
- Trade license or certification is a plus, but not required
- Experience working in an older or historic building is a plus
