Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Tech, you will be the community's hero, handling routine maintenance, addressing service requests, and preparing apartments for new residents. You will work a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call responses for emergency services on a rotating schedule basis.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to service requests, inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems, preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status, and providing feedback to residents and the maintenance team.

Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance or hotel engineering
- HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Ability to lift, push and pull up 50 pounds, climb stairs, ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
- Personal transportation and valid Driver's License
- Enthusiasm towards delivering an unexpected level of outstanding customer service
- Ability to use a smartphone and computer for completing work orders and time sheets
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to team members and customers
- Knowledge of laws, EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials
