Role OverviewYou are the person who keeps the condition of our communities strong, taking pride in the work and leaving a resident's day better than you found it. You are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property, handling hands-on repairs and responding to work orders.
What You Will Do
You will handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems, respond to work orders, and keep clear records of the work you do.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year in general maintenance and repair work
- A working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Strong communication and a genuine customer-service mindset
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long stretches, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
