Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at Nolan Living, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures. You will also participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies, troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally, and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures, participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies, troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally, inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness, and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies.

Requirements
- HVAC certification preferred but not required. Type 2 or EPA Universal.
- 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
