Role OverviewReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and process improvement of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other computer controlled equipment used to support production operations.
What You Will Do
Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for all electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems to support both production and non-production related equipment in accordance with established standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and abilities to analyze a wide variety of equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 10 years of maintenance experience ideally in a metal fabrication shop
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and abilities to analyze a wide variety of equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and controls aspects of Robotic equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical P&ID drawings
- Ability to operate systems up to 3Ph and 480Vac
