Role OverviewWe're seeking a skilled, dependable, and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for living environment for our residents.
What You Will Do
As our Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure the community remains in excellent condition by performing maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance practices
- HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills for work order management systems and communication platforms
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, On-Site, or other property management software preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as required by the position
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
