Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance. This role is part of the Maintenance team responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus.
What You Will Do
Perform routine and emergency repairs, respond to emergency calls, complete work orders, and assist in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies.

Requirements
