Role OverviewThis role is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Head Mechanic. The job involves installing, adjusting, and repairing production equipment, heavy trucks, and special purpose machines. The Maintenance Technician will also perform general repairs to plant structures, test and troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, and replace faulty parts.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will install, adjust, and repair production equipment, heavy trucks, and special purpose machines as assigned. They will also operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts, and complete tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/equivalent, or comparable in training, education, or experience. They will also have mechanical aptitude and ability, and be skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, carpentry, or related field is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals and follow step by step instructions

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
