Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a student housing property, performing general repairs, and ensuring the property operates at a high level for residents. This role is critical to the function and reputation of the property.
What You Will Do
Perform general repairs, support preventative maintenance efforts, and provide exceptional customer service. Respond to after-hours emergency issues and fulfill the required on-call schedule.

Requirements
- One or more years of experience in building maintenance
- Experience with appliance and HVAC repair
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
