Role OverviewAn Atrium Maintenance Technician focuses on completing service requests, emergency calls, move-in needs, and property tasks. This is a 'hands-on' role focused on maintenance, teamwork, and high-quality service.

Ensure the completion of all service requests, inspect community, order necessary supplies, perform general and routine maintenance, and handle 'on call' duties.

Requirements
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal, CPO certification and REAC inspection experience preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician
- Reliable, professional, and available for after-hours emergency on-call responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including email and some Microsoft products
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver License
