Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Perform routine work orders, diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and weekly/monthly inspections. Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly and apartments are market-ready.
