Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This role is part of a supportive team that values learning, encourages idea sharing, and actively engages in team building and community service activities.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine work orders, diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and weekly/monthly inspections. They will also ensure resident service requests are completed promptly and apartments are market-ready. Additionally, they will participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and respond to resident work orders with a customer-first attitude.
