Role OverviewThe Centralized Maintenance is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and the safety of all maintenance personnel. The incumbent will operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will perform various tasks such as practicing OSHA standards, completing hazard assessments, utilizing safety equipment, and performing scheduled maintenance on equipment. They will also inspect apartment units, buildings, and common areas, and perform repairs and janitorial assistance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA/HVAC certification
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to tolerate normal levels of caustic chemicals
