Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will perform diversified maintenance tasks to ensure the operation of machinery and equipment at our metal processing plant. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to schedule preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams, scheduling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes. You will also be expected to work Monday-Friday from 5pm-5am and be available for emergency repairs outside of normal hours.

Requirements
- High school degree or applicable skills trade program
- Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
- Experience with fabrication (welding, plasma, torch experience)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to make reasonable decisions
