Role OverviewThis is a temporary full-time position that may lead to a permanent position. The Maintenance Technician will direct, plan, coordinate, and administer the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations which govern a long-term care facility. The role involves ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will ensure high standards of safety are developed, met, and maintained in accordance with all facility policy and procedures; and applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. They will also arrange and coordinate fire safety inspections, schedule internal safety inspections, and determine appropriate corrective actions.
