Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests, ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet company standards, and maintaining a safe and accessible building for residents and visitors.
What You Will Do
Install and repair equipment, conduct scheduled inspections, and make adjustments to equipment settings. Assist in the operations of all HVAC equipment and manage building access systems.
