Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician supports daily maintenance operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently. This role assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, and service requests while upholding safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Complete resident work orders, perform maintenance and repairs, conduct routine inspections, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

Requirements

- HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including participation in an on-call rotation
