This position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for our residents and staff.
What You Will Do
Routine maintenance, repairs, safety compliance, emergency response, vendor coordination, equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and communication.
