Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and overall physical care of apartment buildings/complexes. This hands-on role supports the Building Superintendent and property management team to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and high-quality living environment for all residents.
What You Will Do
Complete daily service work orders, prepare market-ready apartments, perform electrical and plumbing repairs, conduct carpentry tasks, and maintain common areas.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Personal set of basic tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 70–75 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops (25–30 ft)
- Ability to work in confined spaces or crouched positions for extended periods
- Comfortable working overhead with power tools, hand tools, and painting equipment
- Ability to shovel snow or perform outdoor work for extended periods
