Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician and Driver, you will perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of Assisted Living Community. You will drive residents to and from appointments and errands, complete daily work orders, and maintain and operate all equipment in a safe manner.
What You Will Do
Drive residents to and from appointments, complete daily work orders, maintain and operate equipment, assist with preventative maintenance, respond to minor requests, and maintain the exterior and interior appearance of the building.

Requirements
- Active Driver's License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
