Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep and overall appearance of the property. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices issues before they become larger problems, enjoys working outdoors, and is comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and improvement projects.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance throughout the property and grounds, including basic carpentry, minor painting, fixture repair, and installation. Identify maintenance issues that require professional attention and promptly report them to management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
