Role OverviewPeak Management is seeking a 'ROCKSTAR' Maintenance Technician to join their team at their 350+ unit properties. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers and have experience in maintenance, technical, and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. This position requires on-call rotation.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing above-standard service to customers, performing maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, traverse various properties with stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
