The Maintenance Technician will perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for apartment homes, complete service requests, and troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. The role requires previous maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or apartment settings, and working knowledge of various systems. What You Will Do

The Maintenance Technician will perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for apartment homes, complete service requests, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous maintenance experience required (multifamily/apartment experience strongly preferred)
  • HVAC and install experience required; EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
