Role Overview

A hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys staying busy, and can handle a variety of maintenance and property needs.

What You Will Do

Complete apartment turns and make-ready work to prepare homes for new residents, complete work orders and address resident maintenance requests, perform general repairs, and maintain apartments, buildings, amenities, and common areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
  • HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred
  • Make-ready/turn experience strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and basic hand tools required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Dependable and comfortable participating in a scheduled on-call rotation
