What You Will Do
Complete apartment turns and make-ready work to prepare homes for new residents, complete work orders and address resident maintenance requests, perform general repairs, and maintain apartments, buildings, amenities, and common areas.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred
- Make-ready/turn experience strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Dependable and comfortable participating in a scheduled on-call rotation
