Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at Atria Senior Living, you will assist in preparing apartments for move-in, manage maintenance needs, and perform various preventative maintenance functions. What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing apartments, managing maintenance needs, performing preventative maintenance, and completing data collection and submission. You will also manage customer service requests, complete daily community inspections, and perform various maintenance functions.

To be a fit for this role, you will need to have two years of hands-on maintenance experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to use independent judgment and discretion. You will also need to be able to perform basic arithmetic skills, use computer skills, and transport up to 50 pounds variable distances.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two (2) years of hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills, including measurement in order to do basic calculations, estimating, and determining averages
- Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions designed to achieve the Company’s goals
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds variable distances and to access and work in confined spaces or heights in excess of 8-9 feet
- Valid driver’s license
